Let’s Talk About Hospice Palliative Care – National Hospice Palliative Care Week @CanadianHPCAssn

One-third of Canadians (34%) are not sure to whom hospice palliative care services are available (Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association). From May 1-7, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association invites everyone to start a conversation about hospice palliative care as part of National Hospice Palliative Care Week. If you are looking for information about end of life care, here are a few places you can start. For other resources, stop by the Health Sciences Library on the third floor of the Li Ka Shing building (ext. 5059), or visit the Patient and Family Learning Centre across from the Marketeria (ext. 2522).
